I thought the food and service were Excellent. The trio dinner is a fabulous deal and allowed us to try several things. A couple of items seemed overly salty, but that may just be my taste buds. The chairs weren't especially comfortable for a leisurely dinner, but the decor was lovely

Delightfully quiet restaurant in downtown Kirkwood with a nice menu including their wine list. Friendly service with a reasonable price point for a nice evening. Good spot for a meal with a couple of friends or a romantic evening with the one you love.

Had lunch here with my aunt and cousin! Such a cute French bistro! It was too cold to sit outside but they have a super cute patio! We started off with some complementary fresh bread - it was salty and warm and delicious! We really indulged haha. I got the salmon on a bed of Caesar salad - very very good and cooked perfectly. My aunt got a mustard butter salmon with veggies - looked great! My cousin got the croque madam which was huge and piled high with fries! Can't wait to try that the next time! Our waiter was patient and attentive It got surprisingly busy for lunch on a Thursday so would recommend making a reservation if you're going during peak hours!

We absolutely love this gem of a French restaurant hidden in an unassuming mini stretch of a strip mall in Kirkwood. It's harder to get a table in the winter months since the seating section is so small, but they expand to what feels like double the capacity in the warmer months, and it looks so beautiful to sit outside and eat under the flower canopy. We've had a few prix fixe menu dates here and none of the options disappointed: hearty creamy cheeses, rich garlic flavors, savory bread, piping hot soup, and scrumptious dessert - you really can't go wrong! The only slight downside is that the tables are pretty dang close together, but I can't fault them for that. Definitely make a reservation via their website to ensure you get the time you'd like. Highly recommend!

I would go back. I feel like this is a hidden restaurant in the kirkwood location. Nice to have a restaurant with a parking lot. You can sit outside. Made reservations for 5pm. Sat towards the back was nice quiet romantic atmosphere. Waiter was good. We had pick three for $48.00 a person. Good deal. What we ate: Pork pate Salmon appetizer Crab appetizer Scallop appetizer All we're good French onion soup was OK, mushroom soup was good Caesar salad was good Main entrées, we had pork chop, chicken breast with pastry puff, braised beef. All were good. When we left the place was pretty crowded. I would suggest if you're wanting to eat at 6 o'clock or after make a reservation but if you're getting there at 5 you would probably be fine with no reservation.

I hadn't been here since before COVID. With things being so tough out there, I've been used to changes to service and taste and prices at other places. Gladly, not here! The 3 course menu before was $35, and it is currently $40. Well worth the price. I got scallops for my appetizer The beet salad with warm bacon dressing And the chicken in puff pastry for the main All just as tasty as I remembered it. My partner got: Escargot Watermelon salad Pork chops with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables He was very pleased with his selections, and I had a bite of everything, and agree with him. It was a great night out for us. Wonderful service, quiet, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food.
